Always efficient service and some good offers

I accidentally sent my order to the wrong address. The website states: ‘Please let us know by contacting (insert email address as trustpilot take it out) and we will do our best to ensure that the issue is rectified as soon as possible. Generally our warehouse work very quickly and your order will be packed the same day you place it (before 3pm) so making changes can be difficult but we always try our best to catch them!’ I sent an email in 5 minutes after placing my order, a follow up email 3 days later after no reply and a shipping email to the wrong address, and a further 3 days later after they completed delivery to the wrong address. I have had absolutely no contact back from them apart from asking for a review - so here it is.

Great product, after being recommended

Unlike normal shower creams the ManCave products are much thicker in texture and the fragrances are by far more appealing. Delivery was as suggested and packaged well.

My parcel was delivered and it was absolutely saturated in residue caused from damaged products. The mess was so bad that Royal Mail had to contain the mess in a plastic bag. I sent Mancave the evidence and asked for a replacement order, and no one has responded. I’ve chased twice now and still no luck, so I’m out of pocket with nothing to show for it! My order ref no. Is Order #342955 and I can confirm that the email in which I sent the photographic evidence to, is the email address shown on your website. There are no spelling.
