Absolutely disgusting company how iv been treated is appalling sending me an invoice id £1.500 never used your services but because I signed a contract I was expected to pay this amount. I had a car payment but sent it straight back as I having difficulties with it. Yes I’m a struggling small business I had to pay this amount. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

We have only been with them for a month so far but set up was painless and communication has been very prompt and clear - both from Verofy and their agent. The reporting on the App is clear and the hardware looks solid. I have a desktop machine so can't comment on the virtual services but experience so far has been far more pleasing than previous dealings with World pay or Barclaycard !

Joanne had the misfortune of having to help with our PCI never having done it before and my OH forgetting his password and on top of that being in a bad signal area. It was frustrating I’d imagine BUT she was amazing absolutely brilliant called back when she said and all went smoothly. An asset to your company. Who additionally have been amazing.

Being a new customer I have had great service so far from everyone at Verofy. Faz was very helpful in running through everything I needed to be clear on with my first day using my new terminal. Didn't feel rushed at all. Great customer service.

Very happy with Verofy so far. Any minor teething issues have been sorted quickly and professionally by Faz, who has followed things through and ensured that all is sorted. We always hate change but more that happy with the decision to move.

I was contacted by Verofy to load up the “card not present” function. The agent was really proficient and helpful and we worked through the set-up easily. They also helped sort another problem on the cellular settings so everything is now running smoothly.

Spoke to Faiza "fat" today at verofy in Manchester, really helpful, Brilliant service, Fantastic Customer service. The Line dropped and she called back the same second. As a customer, I would like to communicate with her for all the help.

Just a quick thank you to the welcome team at Verofy. Went out of their way to get my machine to me on a Saturday even though not standard, followed up with a welcome call Monday to check all arrived ok. Great work and feels like a provider that wants to give the service that most businesses want and need.
