Had a grate install from alim today grate and very friendly and fast

Had my YouFibre internet installed today, including the Netomnia unit and Eero router, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My house is only about five years old but wasn’t the easiest property for installation. However, Dane Moorhead did an absolutely fantastic job. From the very start, Dane was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He called ahead within the allocated time slot to confirm everything was still good to go, arrived right on time, and took the time to assess all the options to make sure I was completely happy with the installation plan. The installation itself was efficient, neat, and well thought out. He had to run cables around two sides of the property, which could have been challenging, but he made sure everything was tidy and discreet. He kept me informed at every stage, ensured I was fully set up, checked that my speeds were as advertised, and even helped me get the YouFibre Eero app set up. Honestly, I can’t fault a single thing—Dane is a true professional and a perfectionist in his work. If you’re getting YouFibre, I highly recommend it, and if Dane is your installer, you’ll be in excellent hands! Thanks again, Dane!

I was very happy with the service Morné provided. He was knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. His work was tidy and he explained everything clearly.

Mornè was professional, polite and respectful of property and occupants. He listened to our needs for positioning of equipment and routes of wires. The whole install was completed as if it was in his own home. He took time to explain how all hardware/software worked and didn’t leave until we were 100% satisfied.
