Although the system is not very user friendly, the customer support is superb. They are very helpful. They respond very fast around the clock all days of the week. They sometimes interfere themselves to do a task that is hard for me to do. They were generous enough to extend for me the duration after my subscription was over to extract my reports from the system. The system needs some enhancements to reach the tasks easier and to find your way through the system. It needs a clear organized and detailed help system or tutorial to refer to so that you can find your way through the system The error messages in the system are not descriptive so you don't understand the error to be able to fix it. You have to do some workarounds to do the tasks as they happened in reality.
