I was meant to collect from the branch but instead they decided to deliver it to my home address and left it on the door step as it was to heavy for my wife to pickup so I had to leave work to go and pick it up not happy 😡

Everything was good except for the fact that one length of steel was bent very badly and only held straight in the pack by the tape

Simple no hassle buying experience. order online and pick up at their warehouse with lots of space to park. even saw a huge low loader with tractor unit do a u-turn to collect, even with other vehicles nearby.
