The product I ordered has never been received. I contacted the seller to see if they can chase it up from their end. I was told they will chase it up and let me know - which they never did. I contacted them again a few days after, only to be told that the courier doesn’t know what happened with the package. I requested the refund which was paid back to me.

Thankful for the patience of Ample employee (Gary) when the Dimplex instructions did not include the whereabouts of a manual starter switch. It seemed to me the electric fire was entirely operated by a remote control due to a fixed lid which covered the manual switch. The fire has worked perfectly for a few experimental times in August.
