I have no problems with ample especially with their free delivery service from what I compared them and eBay they are better keep up with the good service and price.

Absolutely Diabolical !! Ordered a bangle, sent me a completely different one without any apologies or explanation!? When I complained they said, can’t get the one you ordered anymore although I have quite simply ordered it elsewhere with no difficulty at all. Arranged a return and am still waiting for a refund that was promised 6 days ago!! Complained again today but apparently it is Apple Pay’s fault for being slow?????!! The very second I pressed purchase- the money left my account, not slow at all? Just a load of unnecessary work and nothing in return… AVOID !!!

I ordered some gardening chemicals totally about £41. Spoke to Gary same day . He promised will be dispatched same day by dpd . Dpd gave a tracking number but dpd tracking number says the parcel still not ready for collection. I had to get a refund from PayPal.as the store hasn't even dispatched the item and yet charged my PayPal account straight away.
