Wouldn't have given any stars if I was able to, bought from this disgusting seller on Ebay, item hasn't arrived but seller is been unhelpful and saying courier says they delivered and that they delivered at 20.45 which is really funny as I wasn't home at that time, They also can't provide photo evidence that the item was delivered, they have bothered at all just said the courier says they did so thats what they've accepted, and don't care that the buyer hasn't actually got the item, so this seller not only doesn't sort pr9blems but steal your money, didn't even get back to me u till I contacted them again today, I will be escalating it with eBay tomorrow when they can intervene, avoid this seller will take your money and don't care of anything else after that. Thanks for the disgusting service. I will provide the responses from this seller if i have to, to prove that what I'm saying is true that they have just accepted what the courier has said and disregarding mine,

Waterbutt looks good but still need to install it. Prompt delivery and we'll packaged although there was a few cupful of water inside which made the instruction leaflet a bit soggy! But it dried out.
