I had felt a need to change the locks on our front doors. Having already engaged Lincoln Security for various products I contacted them. The response was very helpful. In fact they did attempt to get the job done that day, however we did not have long to wait. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and efficient as well as friendly. The technician who came was very helpful. Explaining about the task. He was quiet and very careful with our property. I had the alarm and camera system installed last year apart from a couple minor problems with software which were addressed promptly and efficiently. The system and service support has been excellent. The service package is very good and the maintenance team first class.
