I had a delay in my item being delivered - it’s nice to be able to call and speak to someone to help resolve it.

Ordered a controller and never received an estimated delivery date, however when I sent an email to query this I got a reply very quickly which was very helpful and informative, controller arrived a few days later, good quality and well done :).

This is the coolest controller I have seen. Thank you so much Altered Labs I would definitely buy from you again and I am sure my son is going to love it as his Christmas pressie.

The controller I received was amazing, it looks and feels perfect, I had a slight issue where I wasn't sure if it was coming or not but I emailed and they responded within the hour and resolved my issue.

I love this product! I got a xbox series controller with a custom skin, it feels so good to the touch and the controller just works. 10/10 worth the price.
