the company called me to agree delivery time but the delivery was one day late, but i left the instructions where to leave the delivery, s when i came back from work, eth was in lplace. i have not used the product yet, b it looks alright, waste and a tap are concluded in the delivery which is very good value for money. overall i am happy with the outcome.

radiator looks fine, not fitted yet. Delivery driver is a worry. His behaviour is inappropriate. Made odd comments then came inside the house just to put parcel down! then stayed inside making comments.

good delivery and driver but some parts were missing and it took a few calls to get the correct parts sent out; great quality products and easy to fit.

Cannot comment on the product itself, which arrived intact and in good condition, as I have not yet fitted it but delivery was quicker than the indicated dates, which suited me fine as I was going away over the notified dates.
