The Customer Service from start to finish of the process was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. From my first interaction with Holly I was immediately made to feel like a human being rather than an instant sale. During the process Paul and Anthony (Owners) were both very knowledgeable about the products and how things could progress. There was never a conversation about selling the doors more if we were interested they could tell us more. There was some excellent discussions around the reasons for the various suppliers and what types and styles of doors would be best for us if we wanted. Although we had a budget set aside for our purchase, the cost was over this but it was still competitive, we immediately knew that supporting a local and thriving business was more important to us than penny pinching. We would highly recommend this company to everyone and already have done. Several friends have already been in touch with them to assist on their requirements.

I'd had estimates from our local door fitters. It was a case of click this link and design your door I'll send a price. Well this isn't ideal, after researching various manufacturers of Composite Doors it became quite a minefield! I Googled and Yorkshire Composite Doors came up in the search I read reviews and decided to call them. The call was answered promptly in a friendly but professional manner. I made an appointment for them to visit. Paul arrived as planned, he was so helpful, informative and had a superb brochure we discussed styles, glass, locks, colours etc etc.. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. He wasn't in a hurry and answered all of our questions. He left and my husband and I discussed and re looked and brochure. We decided we'd go ahead. The next appointment was for Anthony the surveyor and highly qualified fitter to attend. He arrived has planned made sure our choice of door could be fitted and he suggested a different glass he had samples of various glass with him so we could actually see what we was going to have fitted. We only changed the door because we wanted maximum light in our very dark hallway. We placed the order for our chosen door paid a small deposit and awaited the arrival. We was notified by Holly the door had arrived a date for fitting was scheduled. The door was fitted as schedule, the fitter was superb. He took his time as it was quite a complex fit on a very hot sunny day. The door was fitted to perfection. The area was cleaned up no mess whatsoever was left. It was as though nobody had been. We are highly delighted with our new door. The light now floods into our once dark hallway. I received messages from our various neighbours saying how nice our new door looks. We are quite a tight knit community in a small village in North Yorkshire. I can highly recommend this company for a seamless, personal, professional service which is extremely hard to find these days. If you looking for a new door please don't hesitate to use this company.

Excellent service from start to finish. Fitters arrived on time and both did an excellent job. Both doors fitted without any mess, removed the old doors and frames and left everywhere clean and tidy. Really pleased with the doors and installation.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Every single member of the team we dealt with were extremely polite and helpful. We requested a quote and a bit more information about the composite door we liked and never felt pressured once. We were able to take our time and look at all the options and we ended up with the perfect door which looks amazing! Massive thanks to everyone for making it such an easy process for us, and for the extra care taken whilst fitting our door to make sure our house cat didn’t get spooked or run away!

What a wonderful company to deal with. It was nice that Paul who came out to quota didn’t pressure you in anyway at all. In fact we actually asked him to come back again to quote on a second door. Holly was very thorough and kept us updated on when the door would be arriving and sorting a fitting date out. On the day Anthony and Jamie did a fantastic job. Everything was installed with care. I had one of their great Endurance composite door installed and I was blown away by the quality and how reasonable priced it was compared to some of the other quotes I had. The lead time was also half what other companies were saying. The install took a few hours and was done by Paul. He was very friendly and did a great job to fit the door and toplight on his own. An easy recommendation to all my friends.
