Although the goods arrived punctually and were beautiful to look at, the fit was perfect, I’m afraid I was disappointed with the quality. Many beads fell off the dress during the celebration of the wedding. However Monina responded quickly when I contacted them.

I was impressed that whatever I ordered arrived within few days. But had to order more than I wanted to get free postage.

Clothes quality is no doubt awesome but there are some stitching problems like buttons are not attach properly need to fix at home otherwise it's good

The outfit arrived nicely packed and on time. The design was lovely. But the quality of the sewing and decoration was poor. The silver circles were made of silver backed paper and several were torn and loose, the gold over sewing on the trouser bottoms unravelled in a couple of places due to a loose thread and had to be repaired. There were also loose pieces of thread that needed trimming on the chemise. If I had not wanted the outfit urgently I would have sent it back.

I made a good choice here I bought 2 outfit for my sister and 1 outfit for my daughter. Beautiful packet and delivered on time. Thankyou

Very poor overall service. Will not be using this website. Your response is exactly what I expect from someone who doesn't appreciate customer satisfaction. Didn't see anything designer in these items of clothing!! You need to seriously improve on everything from sending poor clothing, not admitted the flaws throughout. to your poor response. Not impressed with your reply. You have not convinced me that you are customer focused. Complete opposite.
