Bonsy pulled real case studies and made the class very engaging & interactive. I felt I was able to find real-world application from the topics we covered. Other than others slow to understand, lack of punctuation. It was a great learning experience. I got to learn many terms and a few new ways of using agile.

I participated in the CSM course instructed by Bonsy. She effectively conveyed in-depth material. The course structure was easy to follow. I derived immense satisfaction from the two-day live instruction. I took the CSM exam at the conclusion of the last session and passed! The course strengthen my knowledge of the Scrum framework and its associated roles and responsibilities. I highly recommend the 5 star review.

Clear and direct to the point.

The course was excellent! The Instructor, Bonsy, provide an excellent instruction on the scrum framework. She used examples and analogies that were easy to understand and apply. I was ready to take the exam immediately!

Bonsy engaged the class and handled it so well. Giving detailed explanation on topic to my understanding. Her examples throughout the class was her personal experiences which indicated to me how experienced and resourceful she is in Scrum.

The entire process to enroll was simple and easy to follow. They provided straightforward instructions to join your class, offered a number of different time frames to accommodate any schedule and provided ample pre-material before attending class. The instructor, Raj Katsuri, was highly engaging, knowledgeable and had the ability to teach to both the beginner learners and the more advanced learners in the class providing both very simple examples and more complex real-world scenarios for each concept. Excellent job!
