Instructor Raj was a great facilitator. The class had a great mixture of lecture and class activities. Concepts were clearly explained and the materials included everything to pass the exam. I highly recommend this class and the instructor Raj.

Fun learning space!

I really enjoyed this Scrum content and Bonsy delivered it in a format that kept it engaging all day long. The training did not consist of just reading the slides word for word; instead, she leveraged standard slides, interactive games, videos, whiteboards, ect. I've recommended this company to my entire team - even those already having a CSM cert - Because I found it that valuable.

I knew little about scrum, or at least how to use it properly, and after this 2 day class I passed my certification only missing 3 questions! Bonsy with UC was a great teacher, the class was super engaging, and helpful. Lots of hands on small groups where we worked on activities. She gave me lots of real world examples of scrum at work that helped everything click for me.

It was a good training which has broaden my perspective on team building using Sprint.

I recently completed the Scrum Alliance's Certified Scrum Master course and certification via UC Agile, and more specifically, with Jeff McKenna. Jeff has been in the industry a long time and has a wealth of knowledge, which was demonstrated through his excellent instruction (i.e., concise when it could be, thorough when it needed to be, continually applied to real-world scenarios for reinforcing our understanding, and informative yet entertaining). The course fees via UC Agile were the best value out of all the training providers that could accommodate Australian time zones (less than half the cost of local providers and 10% less than the cost of competing international providers such as Simpliaxis). Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend both UC Agile and Jeff McKenna.

Bonsy kept the course at a great pace and answered all questions efficiently Everyone in the session was sharing experiences that helped me understand the principles and values of SCRUM. I highly recommend Bonsy Yelsangi from UC Agile. I've learned a lot from her for my 2 days of training. Her style was excellent, she's articulate about the subject matter. Her information and examples were clear and easy to understand. The sessions were interactive as well, and very engaging. UC Agile as well is also responsive to the inquiry. I highly recommend the company and Bonsy. I took the exam immediately after the training as per Bonsys's advice, and now I'm a Certified Scrum Master.
