The shoes are everything they promised to be in their description. I spent a lot of time researching shoes because I use them for indoor rowing and specifically need shoes that don't have much give in the sole and absorb the work I'm putting down. They were heavily discounted which made them affordable for me. They look great - love the design and colour - they really stood out when I was searching. Delivered quickly. Thank you.

I got my delivery the next day as promised after I paid for next day delivery and the product was cheaper than anywhere else. The ordering process was simple, I was apprehensive at first, but would order again fron viaduct clothing. Andy

Excellent service all round

I'm not happy about Viaduct's return policy. I bought a pair of trainers from a brand I never used in the size of a brand I always used. It didn't fit and it cost me £9.90 to send the shoes back. Now, I have no shoes but spent nearly £10 on return postage. It is my fault not checking the return policy in advance, I know. Customer service was kind but due to me having to pay for return in case products don't fit me, I'm not ordering anything from them anymore.

Ease of purchase, speed of delivery and quality of item were all brilliant.
