(Obviously not the fault of the Radford Vac) what is disappointing is the lack of communication; 1. When emailing them for advice on the part and whether it was me at fault in fitting it in correctly, and 2. Emailing again to request a return on the item. Sadly I had no response to either of these emails to solve the issue. I just hope I receive a refund when the item is sent back.
