Firstly the price, (always a key point), Radfords were the best I could find. I live overseas and to buy the same Nilfisk GM80 here was twice the price. I had arranged an airfreight transfer to London Heathrow but the courier did not have all the details to allow the shipment to be accepted. Liam at Radfords chased down the issue for me and ensured that DHL got all the information needed for the transfer of the Nilfisk to the air cargo operator. So price AND customer service, I really appreciated all the help I got from Radfords, and when the Nilfisk finally dies in about 35 years (thats how long the last one ran), I'll go back to them to get the replacement!

The part took a week to arrive and was not compatible with my dyson. The details and photo on the website matched my dyson dc05. The part that arrived was not new, did not fit the motor and was obviously cobbled together quite unprofessionally.

Received my shark pocket pads today, and they fit a treat will be ordering some more real soon. Thank you
