Item sent (spare Dyson attachment tool) was not as described. Advertised as fitting my model but when it arrived it was for different models and therefore not useable. Radfords agreed to a return and refund and emailed me return labels which I used. Radfords then claimed not to have received the order back and 3 weeks after returning the items have still not been refunded nor have they responded to paypal resolution centre.
