United Kingdom | 29 December 2023I was nervous about ordering from this company after reading some of the other reviews however I placed an order at the beginning of December 23 for which I recieved email confirmation of acceptance and disptach and received within a few days via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. I placed another order on 28th Dec which I received the next day. I would have no hesitation in ordering again.

United Kingdom | 07 October 2023I've had the same experience as many with The Great Divide Clothing company... Terrible customer service, poor correspondence. Wrong size boots received, no reply in trying to sort this! Worried about sending them back (at my expense) as other reviews on here "saying they are still waiting on refund after months". I would NOT waste your time and money on this dodgy company. Update: lucky I paid buy credit card... I had to raise a dispute through my card company before I received any correspondence from the customer service, and even then my card company had to keep chasing a refund. I finally received a refund last week... months after trying to return "the wrong good sent". I wouldn't deal with this company again... very poor service.

United Kingdom | 29 September 2023Not sure where to start in explaining just how bad this company is. Purchased a shirt that was listed as 100% cotton, received something that was 90% polyester. Contacted the company immediately to point out the mistake, was told that they would only exchange the item with all postage costs being at my expense. Despite pointing out what they had done was illegal and that all online purchases have the right to a refund within 14 days, it still took multiple emails and over a week for them to accept any liability. I eventually started a payment dispute through klarna and got refunded but still ended up being charged for postage. This company are owned by 52nd State that also operate the websites for Pendleton, Dubbleware, Reyn Spooner and Peck and Sneyder. Beware as their return policies are in contravention of the consumer rights act

They have said I’m eligible but keep getting the same response that they’re looking into it. This is an ongoing issue that has been going on for months now.

When the order was delayed I called them and they advised me of the problem. They asked if I’d be prepared to wait and when I said no they refunded me immediately. I have no complaints about this company as my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

I sent over images of this and asked they refunded the difference seeing as their discount code didn't work and the response I got was 'cant apply discount once order placed' and they have 'set me up on newsletter so I can use code for another purchase' That's really their solution is, you spent money and couldn't use our discount so spend more money and you can then. I responded 6 days ago to advise this is not a good solution for a 1st time buyer and would like this treated as a complaint. I have had no response and essentially being ignored. I should of read the reviews before placing an order. I'm getting the impression the staff haven't had much experience, are winging it and probably a bunch of mates who think the products alone will sustain this business. The only reason they get 2 star as delivered promptly.

Asher was really incredibly helpful and even upgraded me to a courier service because of the Royal Mail strike about to happen. He personally checked stock and dispatched from the warehouse and it arrived the next day. Great experience - well done Asher! And many thanks Great Divide

A couple of months later I order a t-shirt. Instead two X-L polo shirts arrive from Sweden. I have to POST THEM BACK MYSELF before getting the refund, which I had to ring up at least 20 times until I got a response. Total, total scam. Stay away.
