STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE The best thing about ExpressCopy is the ability to be able to speak to a real, live person if and when you need help. Sometimes my print jobs are easy and straightforward but recently I did a direct mailer that needed some customization and couldn't figure out how to set up the order on-line. I called the 800 number in the early afternoon, got connected to someone (the lovely Shonna) almost immediately, she figured out what I needed and my mailer went to the post afternoon at the end of the day!! That's incredible in this day and age. WEBSITE USER EXPERIENCE I took away 1 star from my review because this is the one area that really needs some revamping. Creating an order for postcards is super easy and streamlined, but if you're doing something a little different, it's hard to navigate the website. But, since the customer service is so good, that is the silver lining.

Express Copy is always quick and efficient. Their customer service is top notch, and many times they've created custom work for me. You can talk to a live person at any time, if the chat doesn't accomplish what you need.

We’ve ordered from Expresscopy for many years and the quality of card that was sent this time was so disappointing. I’m not sure what happened, but it seems this will have to be our last order.

My response that was not answered. Good afternoon. I happen to have two cards returned to me due to recent address change. No issue there.
