United Kingdom | 05 October 2020I purchased a full structural survey, valuation and costing to any repair. Their report was the best report I have ever seen and so very thorough! The quality of a report is very important as it gives you the leverage needed, when/if issues occur, to reduce housing offers you have made on a house or for remortgage/insurance. Had I not got all this detail I would have made some very grave mistakes on house purchases. Estate agents and sellers are never truthful. J&C are often very busy, as they are very good at their jobs so I feel best to be patient, if you want a quality report. I cannot recommend Jestyn Coke Surveyors and more highly above many other surveyors!
