Professional, educational, friendly. Well worth it.

I don’t think the class was a great help in taking the state exam. The entire class was basically resting the book and not clear in most cases. Most of what I was told to stuff wasn’t on the state exam. It was hard to understand as well I found way to much time wasted on questions that had nothing to do with the class. The teacher needs to cut those questions short is it was taking time out of the class lesson. In general things that were on the state exam were not emphasized at all in class.

Best money ever invested! Excellent learning experience with John and Mercure. They are also very knowledgeable and accessible. They prepared me so well that I was able to pass the state exam at once! And they also helped me with many tips, so I am already selling homes!

Very professional and articulate class. Strongly recommend this school to anyone wanting to pursue a career in Real Estate. Teachers have years of experience helping you extend your knowledge in Real Estate and beyond.

This school is amazing, from their flexible schedules to their friendly instructors. Mercure was mines. She was very knowledgeable and used real life experiences to make the information understandable. I failed the first school test because I didn’t study like I should’ve, but passed the second school test and passed the state test on my first try!

This school is the Real Deal if you are looking to get your real estate license. I have owned several properties, and decided to get my license so I can do the next purchase for myself. It is a lot of reading, and practice testing, so you are prepared for the state exam. I passed the exam on the first try, and I felt really well prepared. The school pass rate is high since they have good Instructors.
