This was my first time ordering and I was incredibly satisfied with the service. And because it was my first time I had a lot of questions and they were all answered beautifully and with patients. I’m definitely ordering again!

Last year: 5 stars Today: 1 star, maybe 2… Last year, they were super friendly and super fast. 10/10 best same day dispensary! But with time, they got sloppy, slow and honestly stupid..? I wanted to order this Saturday because it said 10% off sitewide but, it wouldn’t apply at checkout so I reached out, at 2:20pm. I was told it’s because I’m in Mtl and deals are different…they weren’t. I was then connected to the « Mtl team ». They only responded 2hrs later (5:20pm) after my first reply because I asked the first team to tell them to answer me. Then « Mtl team » ghosted me so I go back to the 1st team and they say I can order and they will do the discount manually. After I order « Mtl team » asks for the payment but doesn’t know about the discount. Then they try to tell me it’s because it’s 60$ minimum orders only…it wasn’t, it said 50$ minimum (my total was 55$ before delivery). So they then accepted but gave me two different totals, and this is at 8:20pm. So in the end I did get my 10% off like mentioned on their site but it took literally 6 hours. I don’t know if I have this amount of patience available for every time I wanna order… Order at your own risk.

This company took my payment and don’t want to refund my money didn’t receive any order

Great communication and customer service👍 Been ordering from them for years and I've never had a delivery issue or any other problem. They always reach out to you if they're out of stock on an item you ordered to replace it. Amazing service overall.

The weed is usually good quality and you get points so you may get free delivery. It’s $5 but there is next to nothing available for London. Always a sale of something. Delivery is slow sometimes because I believe they only have one driver so it’s hard for one person to keep up when its busy. I’ve waited almost 3 hrs before.The wait doesn’t bother me too much but if your impatient don’t use. Staff is always polite and happy.

Weed was not even close to what the pictures are and I orderd 3 different kinds it's all the same lol but the customer service was great

after being a client of Ilovesmoke and being irritated by their lame services thus ive turned to HowHigh but the last text ive received by them , they let slip the alternate number to reach them which is the Ilovesmoke one so i made me realise the trash weed ive been getting from Howhigh is the trash they wont sell on Ilovesmoke so he is his own rival and price fixing also i do have visual text proof of them (HowHigh) giving me the alternate number to reach them (the IloveSmoke one) ....
