After continual efforts to acquire the three months same as contact no one has gotten it done. RTO has assured me the contract must be generated from Gemco and they will in fact honor that. I have spoken with Desiree Shaw on the issue I also reached out to Casey Cobb no response

They answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied from the beginning to the end even after my building was done they made sure it was everything I wanted.

They did what was agreed to. A couple things had to be fixed up but they were addressed promptly.
