I am glad I found Fitness Bootcamp while searching for a weight loss retreat. I'm posting this review right after redoing my blood tests. I've gone from pre-diabetic(7.1 HbA1C) to the normal range(5.6). I feel like I undid the trauma I induced to my body over past few years. All I did was follow what Niraj and Srishti asked us to do. Push my limits and have fun(Amazing treks) in the process. This resulted in about 8 kgs of weight loss in a month. Before the program, I felt like the cost of the program was at a premium. For the results I got from the program, I would easily pay 2-3x what it costs! I am glad I took this journey with Fitness Bootcamp. I definitely recommend it to every single one who wants to improve health!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Fitness Bootcamp Vacation in Leh/Ladakh My name is Balaji J, an entrepreneur from Chennai in the construction industry, aged 46. I had the opportunity to join the 7-night, 8-day Fitness Bootcamp Vacation led by Niraj Kumar Borah and Srishti. This experience was truly transformative, allowing me to push my limits while connecting deeply with nature and myself. Niraj and Srishti made sure every aspect of the trip was enjoyable, from helping us acclimatize to the high altitude to guiding us through some of the most breathtaking locations like Pangong Lake, Sumur Village, and the Sangam of Rivers. Their friendly and caring approach made all the difference. Srishti's yoga and breathing exercises every morning were mind-blowing, helping us start the day refreshed and centered, while her kindness made us feel at home. Niraj’s leadership, combined with his humility, ensured we were comfortable and well-supported throughout the journey, whether hiking to monasteries or navigating off-road rides across stunning landscapes. Their attention to detail—like arranging local meals and creating peaceful moments—added so much to the experience. One unforgettable moment was enduring sub-zero temperatures with no power in Hanle Village, which tested our resilience but also deepened our appreciation for the region's raw beauty. Another highlight was experiencing the longest zipline and an exhilarating ATV ride in Nubra Valley. Every moment, from camel rides in Hunder Dunes to enjoying the fresh air and incredible views at Khardung La Pass, was unforgettable. Ladakh is home to several famous landmarks, including the rejuvenating Puga Valley with its hot springs, the captivating Nubra Valley with its vast desert landscapes, the curious Magnetic Hill, and the spiritually significant Pathar Sahib Gurudwara. Each of these iconic spots enriched the experience and gave us a deeper connection to the region’s history and spirituality. Niraj also motivated us to stay active and push our limits in fitness, whether through hiking, marathons, or cycling. I’m excited to explore future Fitness Bootcamps with him in Rishikesh, Meghalaya, and Manali. I was at the fitness vacation Ladakh hosted by Srishti and Niraj. Our mornings were filled with yoga and fitness sessions and nights with beautiful stargazings. We played, laughed, trekked, sang and made a gazillion memories. Thank you Srishti for being such a patient host for us! Would love to visit again.

This was my 2nd time with fitnessbootcamp. 1st one was in Manali in 2022 and now I visited Ladakh with them. My experience was very good and I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The team took care of everything very well - the airport pickup, stay, food, travel, fitness program, activities, acclimatization & they also showed us some unexplored areas in Ladakh. The trip was very well planned and executed. They always deliver beyond expectations and I will recommend fitnessboot camp to everyone including solo travellers.

I was there for the 1 week vacation in Leh Ladakh after the Manali one I did last year. This was truly an unforgettable experience in Ladakh visiting 80%of the main attractions in just a few days. We did have a few strength training sessions with Niraj and yoga sessions with Srishti which were excellent and very enjoyable. Everything was very well organised by Niraj and his Team. Got lot of insights about healthy living, diet and good fitness tips from both of them. Talking about the place it’s a very heavenly place touching your spiritual chord in you. The Homestay in Basgo where we were staying was very hospitable as well I felt. Was really like home away from home as the family owning it treat you just like their family. Kudos to Harshit the talented photographer as well. Already looking forward to the 4 week camp next time 🙏😊👍

The Fitness Bootcamp program has been a remarkable experience. I recently finished my 6-week program, marking my second time and the results are Impressive. I had great improvement in my Fitness levels, lost 10 kgs of Weight!!, Thanks to Coach Niraj's personalised guidance. Despite dealing with my medical conditions, Niraj designed the workouts thoughtfully, fitting well with my body condition. Niraj's focus on perfection and precision in body posture increased the effectiveness of each session. The day had well-distributed workout sessions, offering a balance of enjoyment and challenge. Scientific metrics were incorporated like heart rate, HRV, recovery and more. The program has variety, including cardio, strength training, kickboxing, yoga, jogging etc.. The diet is precisely designed to meet my daily nutritional needs. The entire daily routine was very Punctual. Sristhi's yoga sessions were crucial for strength building, facilitating recovery, and relaxation post rigorous workouts. Her gentle and supportive approach adapted well to participants of all levels. The program resulted in increased energy levels, 10kg weight loss, better sleep, and improvements in my blood reports. My Knee pain has considerably reduced, and have achieved the milestone of jogging for 5kms. I feel much stronger, energetic, and flexible since starting with Fitness Bootcamp. I Highly recommend it to anyone seeking fitness, aiming to reach their weight goals and health improvements in a Holistic way. I am Thankful for the invaluable support from Fitness Bootcamp !!

I was at boot camp in Ladakh organised by Neeraj Sep. One day of fitness session for marketing purpose. Other days we were told to tag on with yoga group. After 4th day, the hospitality was miserable, in fact it turned bitter for reason which I still don’t know. We spent night under leaking roof without any solution or regrets from Neeraj. Worse was when we were made to experience dangerous driving, seriously!! Not what an athlete or true entrepreneur does!! I still don’t know why we were treated that way!!
