I ordered Bain Fluidéaliste Sulfate Free from it and on the bottle there was a sticker gentle but when I checked ingredients it contains sulfate. Shame on you! I wanted to get the invoice from their website but all my orders are gone from the history

United Kingdom | 23 March 2022Don’t buy from then. If you want to return anything they are super slow to respond and make your life difficult, plus postage will be your own responsibility. I’m trying to return straighteners that are not in perfect condition, they tell me to contact GHD directly even though I’m within my 14 days cooling off period. No phone number to call either, I managed to speak with someone from a different department who was helpful but wanted nothing to do with this, just a nightmare.

We approached T&G about returning only to be told they don’t accept returns and we have to deal direct with the manufacturer! What sort of service is that! Don’t ever use them.

United Kingdom | 20 November 2020I’ve used Tony & Guy in about 5 areas in London over the years and a few times outside of London. I don’t think the prices are expensive relative to the 5 star service and skill / quality of what they give; a modern great haircut that, even if I leave it a bit too long between cuts will still look good. I felt compelled to write a review seeing some bad ones. I have seen some awkward customers, know people find it expensive, but it’s well worth it. I’d rather skip a few regular cuts and go here that go somewhere cheaper and have a cut that may look okay for a while then after 6 weeks it looks terrible. Tony & Guy staff keep up to date with styles and are always knowledgeable about the latest techniques. If that’s not what you want pay less go somewhere else!

They basically didn't believe me as said my order had been delivered. Impossible to resolve. I WAS a regular customer but will never use again. Please DON'T be tempted by their offers. It is better to pay a little more with a reputable company.

And when I am calling the customer service they tell me we will call you back but they never got back to me. Please don't trust them they have the worst customer service.

United Kingdom | 04 June 2020I brought some straighteners from the website 2 years ago, they have a 5 year guarantee with them. The straighteners stopped working they electrocuted me and the wire has come away. After ringing they said to send to them.I did send them to them and they said i had done it and wouldn't be covered under the warranty. I have seeked advise from an electrician and he said the wire come away due to wear and tear and they should send a new pair as it is not my fault. The company did not care that this item had electrocuted me. They do not reply by email and do not want to speak on the phone with you. This issue has been going on for 2 weeks and i have not been able to look presentable for work. NEVER BUY FROM THESE AGAIN.

I know there is lockdown on at the moment but their online shop staff are still working, taking orders and the warehouse shipping the orders so not sure why my order has taken 4 days to get to the courier and now is apparently still with the courier and no tracking number? Does not sound very truthful. Please just don’t take the orders if you can’t deliver. I could have ordered elsewhere and had the products by now. Also, staff are very slow responding to emails and don’t even answer the phone. Rather don’t advertise you are still working and can fulfill orders if you actually can’t!

Arrived quickly, the prices were the most competitive available online (on offer, probably not the normal price), and I got one more free gift than I expected. All in all a fantastic experience. If they keep their offers on my favourite products I will definitely buy again. Thankyou!

Advertises promotions, takes the order, doesn't honour the promotion, then claims the promotion was discontinued months back. Not to mention, took a number of days to even action the order. Promotion still remains on the website to dupe other customers into making orders, despite being notified. Customer service team not interested and has got progressively worse over the last year. A sign of a good company is one that goes the extra mile when they get things wrong. This company just ignores the issues and takes customers for granted. Good luck with that business model.

Arrived quickly but was disppointed on Christmas Day as the hairdryer ordered had 1800 watt motor but the hairdryer I received was 2000 watt (I spent ages looking for a low watt ionic dryer). Larger than expected but still quite light. Good length cable. Works well on low setting, but haven't used high heat and fan. Tried to put a review on the Toni and Guy website but unable to access it.
