Great service and thorough questionnaire

Did not help an 86 year old women with a water leak from the central heating system then when phone by son in law they promised to ring back with a phone number of a local plumber. Guess what they didn't phone. I than rang again to complain and they said would look into this and after promising to ring back the next day. Yes you guessed i am still waiting 5 days later. We will not be renewing this policy.

Excellent customer service, the advisor ( Conor ) I spoke to was great, very easy to chat to and made me feel comfortable when I had any questions. He explained everything very clearly in the different options that I had and that definitely made the process easier and quicker. He is definitely a credit to his team.

Connor was brilliant this afternoon made it so easy for me to make sure am covered if anything happens to me I no my kids will be left something to help them through And Connor left with a little advice having one child is amazing having 2 is brave having 3 get a TV 🤣 hope that made u smile mr boss man
