United States | 23 December 2015Bought a 14 Audi from this company these place took literally seven weeks and 5 days to pay off my previous loan from the car I left in there possession (Oct 26 - Dec 22) I had to end up receiving numerous threats from the bank of ruining my credit and phone calls from 1 800 numbers everyday. This ended up being my worst car buying experience ever. I was constantly in fear of this companies action. When I made my purchase I signed my pay off sheet that same day and was promise it was gonna be taken care of right away. I have purchased three car before and my loans always get paid off 10-14 business days after I complete the trade. I made two payments on my new loan before my old one was even paid off now that's ridiculous. I only found out due to bank calling me. October 26 when I drove out this dealership I never got a call from anyone ever. I constantly had to contact about what's going on. No one ever called me to find out if I was ok I drove 6+ hours to come to this dealership I live in Mansfield Pennsylvania and I was very very disappointed with what I had To go through in order to get my previous vehicle paid off. No one should have to deal with such nonsense because of people not doing their jobs. This place deserves no stars and is absolutely not recommend by me.

The dealer got me a great low interest rate in which my credit is not the best. I would recommend this dealer to everyone also they have top of the line on cars. Great Dealer!!!!!

United States | 16 December 2015Jonathan my salesman was amazing. He answered all my questions and handled all my problems after we bought the car. I told the finance manager, Billy, 6 times that I wanted the tags transferred and he still ordered new ones, then refused multiple times to redo the paperwork. Jonathan once again came to the rescue and got me my transfer registration next day fed ex. They were very slow to pay off my trade, I had to make a payment before they paid it off and get a refund so it didn't go against my credit. They said they only do them once a month or so. In reality once I sign the paper work the payoff for the trade should go right out to the bank. That's what usually happens. Overall the haggle process was stressful. If you don't like that, go to carmax. We agreed on one price outside of the finance office then they put another 60 bucks on top of it. Even after I reached in my pocket for more down payment. But what do you expect. They we very busy but gave me time to think about our deal in the office privately, I did have to ask them for the extra key and owners manual but I can't blame them for that. As a buyer you should know to ask for it. Clean office, showroom, and vehicle. I would recommend this place only if you deal with John.
