the seadek looked good but i followed all application instructions and it still did not stay stuck onto the floor

The samples I ordered came quick and easy. That part was a breeze. I sent multiple emails and left voice mails for the local sea dek reps but can’t talk to anyone. I had one message from a guy in San Diego but on a call back I can’t get ahold of anyone. At this point the samples will go in the trash since they aren’t needed.

Ran into a small issue and the care team at SeaDek was quick to respond and remedy the situation.

Getting my boat done was easy and painless. The family loves it and it looks great!

I'm giving a 3 star rating due to these reasons. As I have not received the product yet, so I can not have an opinion on it at this time. Customer service has been very responsive with reply to my inquiries after my order was placed. My issue is with the price being higher than some competitors but offering a sample kit. We ordered the sample kit and the kids fell in love with the blue camo. Also, their sample kit came with a sheet listing the MULTIPLE thicknesses that were offered from 3mm to 23mm (I believe). Due to my negligence, I placed the order for 3 total sheets, not realizing at the time that it did not give me the option to select the thickness I wanted. Nor do I see anywhere in the ordering process where it states that it is 5mm thick. (I have requested they show me where that is stated). I'm sure they have a great product, I will know shortly, I am just very displeased with the ordering process.

Got the template kit in a hurry, just have to bring the boat out of storage to use it. Plan on doing it in a week or so. Everything great so far.

Received the wrong product. Had to pay shipping to return it. We will see if the correct product shows up in the exchange

Your product is amazing. I just put a small section on my boat, but would love to have the whole boat done in it. I'm not sure where to go to have this done. Thank you again. I live in Indiana.
