Still waiting for my SeaDek to arrive, but so far costumer service is exceptional and I look forward to getting this installed. What else do I have to do this "Covid" Winter...

Great product, well worth the money

Horrible experience. I ordered a kayak deck in hopes of receiving it in late August. The item was “lost” and never produced until I questioned its status. When it finally did ship it was sent to the wrong address and I was forced to file a warranty claim on a product that I had not even received. When I complained again I was abruptly told that I could take a 25% discount or stop the process. I was left with no option and received the product three days ago after almost 3 months. One section has a crack in the foam and the adhesive is not holding tight in all corners. It would be one thing if it was just a bad product but combined with such a horrible customer service experience I will never purchase from Seadek again. Pathetic!

The deck pad for our Maristar is a perfect fit and the color is a perfect match. Great product! The Mylar template is a brilliant idea. It insures that you get what you expect!

The team at SeaDek was so helpful and went above an beyond to find a sample template that may be for my boat. Doing this may cause SeaDek not to make as much profit for the work I need completed, but will provide them with a very satisfied customer. That is the epitome of customer service and should be followed by all businesses.

You already had a template for my boat that was exactly what I needed. I validated the template and then a couple of weeks later the final product arrived. It is very pretty and clean looking. Should have done this sooner. Thank you very much Jeremy in California.
