Top software, support goed bereikbaar!

I had never heard of this company and arrived on their website through a dodgy hyperlink through the govuk website while researching incapacity benefit. As I have some time on my hands, being chronically ill and unemployed, I decided to try and alert a member of the company. As we all know that it’s nigh impossible to contact anyone from govuk.. the online “help” assistant was less than helpful under the circumstances. I have no idea how or why this company exists, and I haven’t tried their actual scheduling services - which might be amazing, for all I know, but given the circumstances, I would never be tempted to try nor recommend the company. Customer service is really key, people, even if you didn’t think I was a viable customer.. Be Kind!

Super! Ich habe sehr viele Personalplanung sowie Zeiterfassungssoftware ausprobiert. Shiftbase ist mit Abstand die beste Software die ich hierfür je genutzt habe. Wir haben ca. 20 Mitarbeiter in einer Tierarztpraxis und wir brauchen es sowohl für die Schichtplanung als auch für die Zeiterfassung. Für unsere Mitarbeiter funktioniert es super; moderne Oberfläche, einfache Bedienung per App sowie Stechuhr. Gleichzeitig sind die Preise super und der Support wirklich gut; antworten auf meine Mails oder sonstige Anfragen. Die Dokumentation ist gut und es lässt mit so ziemlich allem einbinden; Datev/Steuerberater, Stechuhr und wir nutzen sogar deren API für eine Dienstplanauswertung. Die software wird auch immer weiter verbessert! Wir nutzen es schon seit 2019 und haben auch schon diverse Sozialprüfungen/Lohnsteuerprüfungen damit gut überlebt. Exports lassen sich auch wunderbar anschaffen. Viele Grüße
