The experience with support are incredible! But the platform isn’t good. A lot of times I received success messages on my transactions but they failed. I understand that the process need to validate some informations, but I believe that you guys can automate some things during this process to make the clients lifes more easy and fast. What makes me continue make transactions with you is the low taxes and the amazing support that you guys have.

Actualizacion: Se tardaron, pero finalmente resolvieron los problemas, aunque en los terminos y condiciones dice que el bono es inmendiato, despues de hablar con una segunda persona me explicaron que la recompenza se puede tardar varios dias. Mi opinion actualizada es que Higlobe tiene la funcionalidad basica bien hecha, pero como es una empresa emergente, todavia le falta un poco de desarrollo. Para pagos de bajo volumen hace mucho sentido.

Me impressionou a agilidade no processo de validação do recebimento e liberação dos recursos. Após o crédito em conta, é pedido que complete um recibo (invoice) com dados do pagador e feito esta etapa eles pedem até 24hs para esta primeira vez. No meu caso levou 40 minutos e com saldo liberado foi só retirar para a conta no Brasil com cambio melhor que banco Inter e Nomad!! Nota Mil a equipe HiGlobe!

I've been using Higlobe to receive money from USD to BRL, which is incredible. The spread is 0.5%, and there aren't any other fees, which is fantastic. It connects pretty well with Deel (The place where my client pays for my services). One good thing about Higlobe is the exchange process, which was finalized instantly, and the money was in my Brazilian account immediately. The velocity is not the only best part! I was using another exchange service, making me pay $5 for each transfer, and now I'm saving my money. Another feature that made me excited to be using Higlobe was the international pre-paid card, which opens a lot of possibilities. I fully recommend Higlobe! The account opening process and the get started process are really clear and fast.

Excelente! Mudei da Husky para a Higlobe e estou muito satisfeito com o serviço e atendimento. Tive algumas dúvidas no processo e foram muito rápidos e atenciosos. O saque foi realizado por PIX no mesmo segundo. Não demorou a chegar o valor na conta e a primeira remessa, na qual informaram que demoraria 24h para análises, levou apenas algumas horas. Tudo perfeito!

Customer service is great, another level of attention, thank you Eva! The platform is still a work in progress meaning it has details to be worked on - clear instructions for the beginners when receiving their first payment and how to manage that first receipt from the company sending the money. The dashboard is pretty great but of course many things can be added. The really cool part is seeing the actual and always updated currency but it would be better to have an option to see it from the start not until receiving the money. In this case the exchange rate is a little more low than other platforms but that doesn't matter when experiencing such a great customer service. There is information that can be also given to better the dashboard, and being able to edit or delete stuff such as any personal information. Having the exchange rate from past transactions, etc. It would be really great to have an app and not only be able to use it through an internet page. I suppose that's being worked on. Other than these things I think the platform is really great and friendly, customer service is really good and overall it's a great way to have your money worth more from whenever you're receiving it.

They decided to cancel my company's account in less than 30 days. They didn't explain why. I had already received one payment from a client. Other client tried to pay through HiGlobe and couldn't, they don't accept wire. It was a waste of precious time. Don't waste your time. Edit: They said my account didn't comply, but they waited until I received my payment to cause me such big troubles. Don't waste your time with this company. I don't know why they are talking about international wires in their reply here. Never mind, just be aware they don't seem to know much what they are doing.

No tienen organización y eso hace q se demore un buen el proceso, en mi caso 8 días. Y eso que les di toda la información de mi cliente. Esto porq te atienden por email y WhatsApp, y son personas diferentes, lejos d q una sola persona de seguimiento a tu caso. Aparte de todo yo creo les da flojera revisar o hacer bien su trabajo, entonces te piden lo mismo una y otra vez. Y eso crea una súper incertidumbre de si se quedarán con tu dinero o te lo dará algún día. Sin embargo, su servicio al cliente es bueno, ya que en cuanto traje esto a su atención, uno de los agentes tomo el ownership y pudo dar realmente seguimiento a mi caso.
