I hired this company to move a 100k piece of machinery.  When the expected delivery time had passed, I called the dispatcher and was constantly told they would get back to me within the hour.  The driver never showed up.  I ended up speaking with Roy and after multiple phone calls and he could not tell me where the driver was.  I called the driver directly, and was asked if I was even from America “because you don’t ask transporters where they are you ask them what their ETA is”. I am a United States Marine Veteran who went to war for this country and I’m insulted and disgusted by those comments. And mind you I was told MULTIPLE times this was one of DOOR2DOOR BEST DRIVERS. I chose this company after checking the Google reviews and ratings, and did NOT receive the service I was expecting. And now it is the next day and past the ETA and no one can tell me where the driver and my machine is. BUT Roy did tell me that his “accountant girl” will refund a portion of my initial payment. And this gentleman Roy told me on multiple occasions “IF the driver shows up, don’t pay him and take your machine that’s what I would do if I was you”. At the end of the day I’m just absolutely disgusted. And I know this review is gonna do absolutely nothing because they are going to bury it like they do with the rest of the bad reviews. I’ve been calling multiple times today trying to find out where my machine is so that I could just go pick it up myself and nobody’s answering when my number calls.

I enjoyed my experience with Door2Door taxi. From the beginning to the end it was a great experience. They sent me a new Touran for my taxi to the airport, which had plenty of luggage space, car smelt new and was clean which helped made my journey comfortable to the airport. The driver was polite, well dressed and helpful with my luggage. It was one of my best taxi experiences and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to others.

I’ve used Door2Door a couple of times, and each experience has been fantastic. The app is incredibly easy to use, the drivers are always on time and professional, and the cars are spotless. Customer service is quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient taxi service that I’d highly recommend!
