Had an amazing experience at Importh smile studio, from start to finish, very relaxed service , dilara was great she explained everything to me properly , made me feel very comfortable, any thing i needed to know she replied straight away, she gave me a quote over what’s app from my pictures, when I got to the the clinic and had a X-ray I did need extra treatment and this was at no extra cost, I payed the same price I was quoted, full set off zirconium crowns and 2 implants, all transfers , hotel & breakfast lovely stay,all in ! the whole process was painless , they numb you up good 🤣 was alll completed over 3 days, I would definitely recommend these guys for your perfect smile, thanks again for giving me my confidence back xxxx

From start to finish it was great, expected a long process however the team were efficient and very helpful. Any questions I had were answered quickly. For someone very nervous about dentists in the UK, this experience completely cured that fear. The patient coordinator Yaren was great and there for the full process. Would 100% recommend ImpOrth ! Iv just had 24 crowns fitted and couldn’t be happier! The whole process was pain free and was able to eat everyday, the hotel was great and transfers were always on time. Dilara was really helpful and in touch through the whole process , and everyone at the clinic was amazing! There where also no extra or hidden charges , I payed the exact amount I was quoted over WhatsApp 2 months before coming.

My experience was fantastic... a very professional and attentive team... from the beginning until today I have had all the support and care... I confess that my treatment was better than expected... very clean clinic... my doctor and the nurse were amazing and my agent was and is with me until then

This has to be the best dental experience I have ever had, I was in contact with them while I was in the UK, Zainab was the person who dealt with all my queries and arranged everything for me. I wanted gold crowns and they said to come in as it’s not really what Turkey do and have a chat and see what’s what. They sent me a car that was 5 start service from being greeted by my name to having the door opened for me. Zainab met me at reception and took me through to her manager Mati where we discussed what I had in mind he agreed to do the work and we also agreed on a price. They took X-rays and then I headed back to the hotel in another private car. Day 2 I was picked again by a car and taken to have my teeth filed down, each time I was greeted by the lovely receptionist using my name throughout my visits (they made me feel very special each visit) I was sat and then offered refreshments every time I came. Day 3 they collected me to make sure I was happy I asked for a few changes and they had them arranged promptly always staying in contact with me via WhatsApp (Zainab contacted me at the end of every visit and throughout the day) Day 4 my private car came for me and the gold crowns were put in. I was relaxed the whole time and made feel so welcome. They took before and after pictures and the results were amazing, I would recommend Mati, Zainab and the whole team to anybody thinking of going to get their teeth done in Turkey it truly was an amazing experience from start to finish I can not thank Zainab enough for all she did answering my every question before and while I was in Izmir. Zainab your amazing you really do know how to make a person feel at ease and feel comfortable thank you and as always keep on smiling.
