Just completed my training with drive sense and work already booked in. The trainers were amazing. I felt included and was supported fully throughout. Cannot wait to get started with delivering courses. The staff are super helpful and I'm looking forward to developing my career as a trainer for drivesense.

I've worked for Drivesense previously a few years ago and was approached to see if I could help out on the Amazon contract they had taken on. Firstly two days training...PAID..with hotel, food and travel. The HQ staff (or mission control as I call them) bend over backwards to help out. Drivesense is invoice free (except exes.) so no added time needed to prepare them and payments are always on time. Strangely though, the thing that sticks in my mind is they took the time and trouble to hand sign and send a thank you card after I had completed a couple of delivery sessions. Would recommend to any Fleet trainers looking for regular and well paid work.

I have been freelancing for DriveSense since June 24. They are so welcoming and give you all the back up you need to excel as a trainer. They fit into my schedule as I have limited availability. Special praise for Jon, Tom, Leila and Muskaan!

I have worked with Drivesense for about 6 months now and have had a very positive experience with them. It started with a 2 day induction, which unusually was paid so I didn't lose income. I was then booked in on all of my available dates and can fill in my availability so there are no clashes. Jon, Tom, Muskaan, Leila, my regular contacts make this feel like a family business and the support you get is superb.

I started with this company in June of this year, firstly I attended a training course over 2 days. Hotel catered for, and nothing too much hassle. Have now been delivering the sessions to Amazon DAs for 4 months, there is always the interaction and backup if and when required. The material supplied is good, and the delivery methods are always upgraded and meetings held on an irregular basis to inform on best practice, or simply to improve/enhance delivery to prospective candidates. Wages and expenses are never an issue, and always settled timely. No complaints in the slightest about starting up with Drivesense. Hopefully more work to follow in the future, and no hesitation to remain where I am for the time being.

I have been working for Drive Sense since May as a self employed trainer. Support is great, organisation around dates for work are planned well in advance and the team are lovely people. Communication is great, invoices paid on time. Even as a self employed trainer I feel like part of the whole team.

I was approached by this company to work as one of their trainers on a new contract they had for Amazon. I attended a two day training course, in which I got paid for. This also included a hotel and food. Which is something most other providers do not offer. As a self employed driving instructor, nothing is ever guaranteed, however from the professional training we got from Drivesense over the two days, any concerns were quickly quashed. Drivesense required two days a week. I have been up and down the country helping deliver this project with full expenses being paid. If you are looking for additional work, I would highly recommend this company. They have been professional from the start and provide fantastic support when needed.

So I joined the team at the end of June 2024. From my start right up to the present day I have found all staff (Jon, Tom, Muskaan and Leila - the people I have dealt with directly) to be approachable, available, understanding and as helpful as you can get. I came here from another organisation that was the exact polar opposite of what I have described above and I can tell you, it’s a breath of fresh air. This is a new project DriveSence have taken on and it’s a very big project indeed. As such, it is ever flowing and evolving and at each corner or fence as it may be, the team at DriveSence is always on hand to guide you on the new path this project may take. For example, through no fault of theirs, there can be times you might be cancelled from a delivery (ie no delegates enrolled even though DriveSense are asked to put a session on) - this happens in life. To rectify this, DriveSense have set up a CPD route where, though we might be cancelled for a particular delivery, we will be allocated an observation delivery to make up for it. This is way and above what they need to do and in fact, was not what happened in my last role, cancelled meant tough, sometimes with a days notice. But, this isn’t a review on my last post, it’s a review on my new post with DrivwSence and, if you’re thinking of applying to join, I could not recommend DriveSense and the team high enough.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Drivesense delivering training modules. The company has taken on significant responsibilities with Amazon and has handled it brilliantly. They’ve increased efficiency by using a specialised app that streamlines the allocation of training and session management, making the entire process seamless. They also conduct observation sessions that are invaluable for developing and sharing expertise on the job. The company continuously evaluates their courses to ensure they are always improving for the benefit of the delegates. What stands out the most is their approachable and friendly culture, which extends right up to senior management. They foster a supportive environment that is perfect for flexible working.
