United Kingdom | 09 December 2024Realised we had a major drain /sewage issue on a Sunday and called them up. Got a really quick call back and within an hour Andy was at the house. Poor drain design will lead to this happening again and again so Andy cleared the issue today and will be returning to (fingers crossed) hopefully fix the issue. Cannot fault the service, would highly recommend

United Kingdom | 15 October 2024Just wanted to say that Andy from Suddenstrike came out to my mums drains and the service provided was excellent. She said that a big weight had been lifted from her shoulders. She has had problems with the drains for years and recently had dyno-rod out who charged her £175 , their camera wasn’t even working properly and I am not sure what they actually did but they didn’t fix the problem. Anyway Andy came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I cannot speak highly enough of his service , what a great guy. Thorough through to the end Thanks once again , highly recommended

Andy the technician was very polite and informative whilst conducting the survey. The report followed in a timely manner with all the information I needed. Would recommend and use again.
