Pendle provided everything we needed as they promised, only a couple of days to provide full customised kits and invoiced via our Sponsor, Muze Design. Club Shop is a great way of putting your clubs requirements together & making ordering really straightforward.

We were recommended Pendle by a few of our other teams and weren't disappointed. My engagement started with a call with Joe who explained both the ordering process but also making me aware of getting samples and turn around times. Samples arrived next day via dpd and from ordering to delivery was 48 hours, fantastic! The website ordering system is very intuitive with easy back and forth navigation to make tweaks and changes. Sizing is true to size and made sizing for the team easy, the range is plentiful and the quality is fantastic. I wish we'd come across these guys years ago due to issues we've had with Nike and suppliers over the years. We have 9 teams in our club of which 4 now use Pendle and we're now looking to work with Pendle as club supplier for the 2025/26 season and any requirements before hand.

Very helpful staff who were very quick to sort out some small irregularities in the first draft of the kit. Ordered 11 full kits with club badge, numbered shirt and shorts late on Wednesday, delivered on the following Friday. This not the first time we have ordered kit from Pendle Sportswear because of the quality of the product and customer service, highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing service - I had bought a football shirt for my brother’s birthday and had come up to my family home and needed a name and number on the back. After traipsing around Leeds without any joy I called Pendle Sportswear - they could not have been more helpful. Polite and courteous on the phone they were more than willing to help despite it being a small order - 1 shirt- they took my shirt in the morning and had it ready by lunchtime. My brother was thrilled with his gift and I was thrilled with the service. Thank you for making a good gift special!

Really easy to order and great quality products

Only giving it 1 star because I have to. Absolutely would not but from here again. Website is unclear on customisation. I clicked no to customisation. Staff are rude and try talking you down. Especially the male manager who thinks he's above everyone. Do not recommend at all.

As a club we've had a couple of teams using Pendle and only heard good things. We decided to use them for 3 more teams and have been blown away by the quality of the service, top notch products and most of all the fast turnaround of orders. Easy online ordering, good and prompt communications and kept advised at each stage of process. Delivery timeline of 4 days exceptional and overall service was impeccable and of a professionally high standard. As a new customer there was no welcoming discount of 5% or 10% promotion although no doubt prices are tailored to a limit. Even a couple of training balls would have been a great gesture and solidifies relationship moving forward.

Lee and the team at Pendle are first rate. They provide an excellent service - quick to reply and deal with orders and any questions. Have worked with them for many years and they never fail to be brilliant. It really feels like our business is important to them.
