Good quality and fast service

I made a big mistake by going somewhere else!!! being completely messed around with by another kit supplier. I decided to use Pendle Sportswear, I have used them in the past a few years back so I thought I would give them another go. With budget tight after being ripped off, I was looking for something that we could get get at a fair price, I checked their website and they had a few bits in the sale, I placed my order on Monday 14th Oct, order confirmed the same day, phone call from Lee to say that he thought I missed something from the order, which I did, order updated. Phone call from Lee on Tuesday just to confirm something else. Order dispatched Wednesday, Order received Thursday.............Outstanding Service from a great company with staff courtesy enough to call you even for the slightest detail. I cannot recommend Pendle Sportswear enough for getting us out of a pickle with a fast turnaround and great pricing. Thank you Pendle

The ordering process was very easy to follow. When I needed to make a change to my order, when I spoke to someone on the phone, they were very helpful and made the changes without any fuss. The order was dispatched very quickly. Very happy with the products ordered. Would highly recommend.

Terrible size spec for Coat jacket and misleading information for size in chest which came out 2 size bigger as it supposed to be, disappointing!

I placed an order and then once it had been dispatched I received an email to say it had gone out of stock . Disappointed as delivery is very expensive but happy enough to order again once back in stock . Came back into stock 2 days later and I re ordered . I then received 2 of the same item a few days later . Called up to be told the first one that was out of stock had been put on “back order “ so paid for 2 pairs of personalised shorts that I didn’t need . How am I supposed to know it is on back order if I don’t receive an email ? I got £10 refund which i don’t think is good enough really for something that isn’t my fault . Will make me nervous to order again when I need to.
