United Kingdom | 26 November 2024Bought a 3 +2 seater in black. Came direct instead of going through the b&q website. The delivery drivers were very proffessional. That's about professional as the company Gets. Delivered a sofa with no Cushion. White bits all over that took hours to get them off. The button in the arm wasn't attached ( can't add photos or I would) Couldn't get hold of anyone. Email address blocked . Phone number wouldn't answer. Spoke to someone eventually to be given another number that I was directed back to a delivery driver. Finally I presume it was a manager who made it out she wasn't happy about it and tried to reassure me that it was being dealt with and for the inconvenience and mess the sofa came in some compensation was gonna be given. ( yes right ) . And she would fast track the cushion . Took 3 days to finally track it down myself after I was promised each day someone would ring me. Not a professional family run company as someone told me . Need to work harder on management and customer service skills to better them selves I would have asked them to come and collect the sofa but we needed one ASAP due to having small children otherwise I'd have sat on something else. Also the sofa is cheaply made but for £600 it will do for the kids to ruin / piss on whilst potty training .

Great communication on the lead up to delivery, accurate delivery slot and the delivery guys were great - super polite, very helpful and delivered to our room of choice on the ground floor. We brought a 'Luxor' sofa and it's lovely for the price!

Company text you to tell you delivery date and time slot then a phonecall when delivery is an hour away. Very pleased and shall be returning!!

United Kingdom | 17 December 2023There say there only deliver to properties that are on the ground floor IE their delivery drivers will not take sofas up any stairs. So if you live in a maisonette or flat the delivery drivers leave your sofa outside in the rain.

United Kingdom | 11 October 2023I am writing this review mainly as a warning - I ordered a sofa for a relative but she had to return it - the sofa itself was perfectly fine but unfortunately the "off gassing" from the fire retardant chemicals they treated it with made her feel very ill - looking through the other reviews this looks like it is not an isolated incident - HOWEVER the company handled this issue very well - they collected the sofa the day after asking for it to be returned & provided a full refund the day after collection - in their terms its says they will not refund the initial delivery cost & will also charge 15% of the sofa value for collecting it but in my case these charges were not applied for whatever reason - so the way they handled this issue earns them 5 starts in my book as you can tell a good company from a bad one by how it responds when things go wrong - BUT again please be aware that significant off gassing may be an issue so only buy from them if this will not be an problem for you - this issue may also be restricted to specific models of sofa materials (our was crushed velvet)

United Kingdom | 02 October 2023i bought 1k plus sofa and within two weeks the fabric started to fall apart. after chasing them for weeks and weeks they send third party technician to look at the fault (despite providing them with images). Third party technician cancelled my appointment 3 times and came on 4th time, took some pictures. I had to chase these guys again to get a response. after 3 weeks and no update from them. i contacted and they advised they can not do anything as i reported after cooling off period. Stay off this company they are offering discount if you buy from their site and not amazon. Matter is with Ombudsman services now.

Made a creaking sound every time I sat on it and the cushions didn’t fit the sofa either, they would slide off the sofa when I sat on them. When I wanted to return it, I had issues with delivery. The company said I would need to pay £60 delivery collection fee which was not in the terms and conditions of this purchase. Had to involve PayPal to resolve this. Overall, you get what you pay for this company, the qualities in the name.

They still charged me £80 delivery charge for delivering this CHEAP rubbish when they are at fault with their false advertising. AVOID!!!

They arranged another sofa to be exchanged again stinks of chemicals poorly made and wrong colour . Pic on site stated silver however its a light creamy beige. Dont go with my pink grey and white decor. I'm fuming as no offer to rectify and I'm left with and paying for a pos sofa that don't match my colour theme. Steer clear

I am still living in my bedroom and I am scared to go near the sofa. terrible shame as your sofa, service and delivery was top notch:(

United States | 28 April 2023Usually you get what you pay for. Here, you get so much more. We found this store on line, and their prices were unbeatable. Too good to be true- not this time. My daughter ordered first, and although there was a problem with the delivery company (they left it in her driveway when she paid extra for indoors), they sent a different crew that evening to bring it inside. She loves her sofa set and recliner. I ordered a solid wood bunk bed (excellent quality), and a queen bedroom set that came with dings and scratches. Thomas went above and beyond, making sure I was happy. It was not reparable, I opted to upgrade to the Alamo set which was delivered and looks great. I would advise anyone to order solid wood. It is far better quality than the sets with particle board. I would not hesitate to order from this company.

United States | 01 February 2022I would really like to thank this store for an amazing experience. We ordered a king size rustic bedroom suite, and a leather sofa set. The rustic bedroom suite over delivered in every way, it was solid from top to bottom. Very heavy and seems to be built to last. We really liked the finish on it as well, as it really complimented our home the way we had hoped it would, and a definite show piece for when we have friends over. Our sofas have been a hit with friends and family as well. We frequently have company, and everyone has told us how comfortable our sofas are to sit on. I would highly recommend giving Furnishings4Less a go if you’re in the market for some new furniture. One last thing, we shopped around and this company seemed to be the best price around for rustic furniture as well. Thanks again.

I ordered from 'sofasalesonline' with 2 delayed delivery dates. however almost a month after my order I received a notice saying my sofa is coming from this company. Sofa arrived the delivery guys helpful but defective sofa. The back doesn't line up when clipped together and the clips don't go in when back is lined up since the company already took nearly a month to deliver and my old sofa is broken I kind of have no choice but to live with it until I can afford a new decent one Also it appears they have simply renamed a sofa and charge more. RIO GRANDE sofa came labelled as DINO sofa which is almost identical to what I had for half the price.

I read off the exact title of the rug I had, so it would match. It’s no where close to matching. It’s useless. And then, I ordered it on July 1st, I received it on July 27th!!! A whole month to wait for a rug that was misrepresented and doesn’t match. Wasted my money. Jana Burroughs

United States | 02 June 2021Has no one noticed that every review for this company was made in the same week?? If you look on their google or Facebook every review was made either 4/29 or 4/8. I have had a terrible experience with this store!! My item arrived damaged. They expect me to pay the shipping to return the damaged furniture, or wait a few months and they will send me pieces to replace the damaged parts of my furniture. I would expect after spending a couple thousand dollars with a store they would be more willing to help make their customers happy.
