They couldn't have been more helpful, went above and beyond my request to ensure mum got the best service possible. A special mention to Emma, she is so helpful, kind and kept in contact throughout the whole process. Fantastic customer service from a fantastic company.

United Kingdom | 31 January 2025The product is great, however, The website clearly had at the top a countdown timer for the sale and the chair was offered with a good discount. Due to the countdown timer myself and my wife felt hurried into making the purchase before the timer ran out. When checking the order status the following morning I was shocked to see the chair at a further reduced rate. I contacted customer service who have refunded the difference. The money is not the issue, it is the pressure of the countdown provided to encourage the decision to be made by a set deadline. I wouldn't expect the product to then be cheaper than the sale price hours later.

United Kingdom | 19 January 2025Order went through well. Box arrived damaged and some of the paintwork was chipped on the armchair. Other than this it is a nice chair and easy to put together but the handle part has about 5 chips in it so we like a replacement if possible for this part. Would be better if you could select a day of delivery as no idea what day it is arriving and a big item that can’t be left with a neighbour. Did offer a try again in 24hrs or 48hrs which luckily worked for me as I am off on a Thursday but if I worked 5 days it would have been sent back.

I emailed kub on the 30th December and the next day got a response with a date that a pack will be sent to me free of charge. They were speedy, polite and sympathetic to the situation and made my partner extremely happy in the process. We will definitely be buy other furniture from this company in the future. Thank you again cane family.

In real life, the chair is more brown than soft pink. But I am not complaining, because the brown color also looks very good.

Company offered a partial refund now are completely ignoring us again. They ignore your emails and calls for weeks - do NOT order through this company the customer service is terrible and the amount we’ve had to fight to get the correct item im starting to believe it’s a scam organisation. Reviews on Facebook are similar so beware.

United Kingdom | 09 December 2024I was anxious as you have taken ages before you delivered. Nearly didn't get to me in time !!!! Very slow to deliver wrong address sat in stationaryon the lorry for 3 days !!! I live in Penarth no where near Newport which is apparently the address which your driver tried to deliver to. No such address. No notification of when you were delivering plus driver just dumped the nursing chair and stool in the hallway. The driver did not knock my door or put a card in the door to say he had delivered. May I suggest that you have a contact numbers for all your drivers so that you can update information if required.
