Things don't always go right - that's part and parcel of business - but IBC are so easy to raise issues with which get resolved quickly if it's within their power to resolve, and if not they do what they can to help. A lot of our deliveries have to come packed in a certain way and they have always been so incredibly accommodating in that sense. Can't ask for more! Customer service aside, the products are fantastic. Great range, yummy flavours, helpful recipes/ideas, and it's great that they're always thinking of new things to freshen things up. Shout out to Matt, Louise, Amber, Kimberley, Scott, Olga, and even newbie Nathan (who has been stellar) for the service and help they provide us day in day out!

United Kingdom | 09 September 2022I placed an order on the 1st of September and was supposed to get it latest I believe by Monday. I chased up on Tuesday and was told was delivered to the wrong address and would will be sent out on Wednesday. Didn't receive it so chased up on Thursday and was told sorry I need to reorder. I did not get a satisfactory explanation as to what happened to my order. Although this is a one off, I feel if I was a first time customer I would be put off by this experience. It's taken over a week to get an order that was supposed to be delivered next day. Meanwhile sales has been lost by the unit for not having the stock to sell and marked down for non-compliance. I am happy with the response and reply.
