I ordered 2 separate tie sets. One for my hubby and one for my son. It turned out that the one I ordered for my hubby was unavailable so the unavailable set was cancelled and refunded and another similar set was chosen and sent out for free! In other words I received two awesome tie sets for the price of one! And my hubby loves the tie set that was chosen as a replacement. That’s what I call great customer service!
