Dealt with Bromley's for a few years. Products are always packed carefully and arrive in excellent condition. They always inform customers if there is a delay and when a parcel has been dispatched. Great selection of Art products, staff pleasant to deal with although I mainly order online.

I bought an electric pencil sharpener from them back in February. It lasted a couple of months before I started experiencing problems. At first they were very helpful but when their suggestion to clean it didn't help they have failed to reply to my last 4 emails and now, nearly 5 months on I'm still no nearer to getting it sorted.

They have a great range of products from many leading brands at good discount prices. When the website works (!) it's easy to navigate and shop by brand or category, and compare products, and features, which is handy when there's so much to choose from. Delivery was reasonably priced and quick. I'm very happy with the service and have them bookmarked as my go-to place for supplies.

Most of the reviews are for the mail order service, but I live locally and buy everything from their shop. It is quite small, but well laid out. Parking is limited. I like to look at my brushes before purchasing as I cannot image the size from the given measurements. The staff have always been more than happy to bring out several brushes for me to look at. They are both friendly and knowledgeable, taking an interest in my current project.

Bought a large tube of Ivory Black 200ml on the Sunday evening. Arrived the following Saturday due to having to be re-routed by Royal mail who sent their apologies - wasn't in a hurry for paint tube so happy with the polite and prompt service from Ken Bromley art supplies! I would use them again as they have premium products at a discount! Saving up for some series 5 paints!!!!
