A mark of a great company is when something goes wrong, the speed at which they rectify and remedy the situation. An admin problem meant my order was not processed. Once i contacted them they used express delivery to het it to me the next day. Definitely would use again.

The materials used are vibrant with colour and the texture and nap of the cloth has a really nice feel. It would appear that the Royal Mail is much more efficient than postal services that I am used to as the package arrived very quickly.

Speed of delivery from UK to Australia, and over the Xmas break, was outstandingly quick! The garbage bag like "packaging" was a bit how's your mother, but suitable. Quality of mat is excellent. Instructions on how to fold to get back into the zip-lock bag non-existent, looks like sorcery is involved to do it initially! :) Point deducted for cost of shipping...it's a big chunk of the cost, which is unfortunate as there is not an Australian supplier of this tremendous product. Having the cloth roads constantly out of stock is a bummer.

I ordered 3 sets of Wild West miniatures and they all arrived, well packed and supremely printed, all cured and cleaned up perfectly. The figures needed minimal prep to start painting and I haven’t had to fill a single gap or air hole. Best 3D printed figures I’ve ever purchased.

I was very disappointed with the 15mm medieval figures I received as they were no where near as good as the pics on the web site suggested. I will not be buying any more.
