I've purchased B12 from Finlandia several times now (3 times?) and will continue to do so in the future. The price is fair and delivery has been problem free. The product has done the job. I'm tested 2 times a year. Results have indicated that B12 levels are in the normal range. No complaints.

Great service as always

I had a few problems emailing in orders that weren’t available online, but It was during the first initial weeks of the province learning about the threat of the covid19, which was understandable. In the past, prior to the covid19 , I, always, received very good service.

I have always had a positive experience when shopping with you. Since I was little I have dealt with severe depression and anxiety, self medicating with mostly undesirable results. What seems to work best is keeping to myself as much as possible. Being friendly and cheerful has become far more taxing over the years and I usually dread shopping the most. Finlandia is an exception. The staff are helpful and knowledgable and you have the best quality herbal selection in the city. The current global crisis has greatly affected my personal situation and I am no longer in a position to purchase what I was fortunate enough to in the past. Hopefully there will be a way for me to turn the tide and if I do, you will have my business again. Thank you to all of you for your outstanding service during these harrowing times. Stay safe.
