Ho comprato due paia di scarpe che desideravo da molto tempo, ne avevo impellente bisogno per una vacanza e ho utilizzato tirando a sorte uno dei due servizi gratuiti assumendo che fossero eguali (non avendo nessun tipo di specifiche). Morale della favola le scarpe sono in ritardo di una settimana rispetto alla data prevista, ho provato a chiedere al corriere se potessi andarle a ritirare in magazzino ma "C'è da avvertire il giorno precedente". Se queste specifiche fossero state indicate non avrei riscontrato problemi, consiglio di andare nei negozi fisici perché hanno più prodotti di quelli mostrati in sito e non avrete problemi di questo tipo

Grazie a questo negozio ho trovato l'articolo che cercavo ad un prezzo onesto. L'evasione dell'ordine è stata rapidissima, ed il pacco mi è stato recapitato meno di ventiquattr'ore dopo la spedizione. Che dire... Valutate voi. Io lo consiglio vivamente.

I ordered some trainers which I wished to return. To start with I found the website really difficult to find the area to submit a return. I ended up contacting them via email and was sent an evri link to create a free post label. When I went to an evri drop off point, the label printed fine but when scanned by the cashier it came up with an error saying the barcode was invalid. I corresponded via email and was told it works and all customers from the UK use this method. I tried again at another evri drop off point and had the same experience. In the end I posted via royal mail at my own expense and made sure to pay for tracked and signed for. A week or so after I tracked the parcel to see it had been delivered several days ago. I had to email again to receive my refund. Would not shop here again

If I could give no stars I would! My parcel should have been delivered yesterday! They have just stole my money. Don't use they are con artists. I will be taking legal action.

Got some great duck boots very comfortable.Unfortunately one pair were missing it laces but once I contacted Company sent out the missing laces ! So both pairs can now be worn 😁

Excellent service, I ordered some Ugg boots for my granddaughter for Christmas gift but I received an American size 4 not uk size 4. So had to return them They refunded me pretty quickly. They were lovely boots And received great service.
