Excellent service from start to finish. Sales team were very helpful in advising what would best suit our requirements & not at all pushy. Once the order was placed, a delivery date was agreed & it arrived on time. The fitters were pleasant, polite & efficient. They ran through the features to our new door & cleaned up after they had finished. No constructive criticism or negative comments to mention.

After having a problem opening my front door with the door handle being extremely stiff, not knowing wether i needed a locksmith or my door looking at I contacted Swadlincote Windows and spoke to Kristian explaining my predicament, without hesitation he said he would send a maintenance engineer out, true to his word within the hour the lovely Andy arrived & straight away pinpointed the problem, my door had dropped slightly putting the locks & bolts out of line. He soon rectified the problem and I can now open & close the door with ease. The service from both Kristian & Andy was second to none & I will certainly use Swadlincote windows again & highly recommend them to all.

I love my new front door! We arranged three quotes for our door. We chose Swadlincote Windows for many reasons. Firstly, I was able to design my door very easily, using their simple to use on line service. I was able to play with colours, different glass and door designs and door furniture - in fact, by the time I had finished, I felt I had my perfect front door. Next step was visiting the showroom to check on quality and looks. The doors are high quality and all glass is triple glazed. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed. Damien then came to our house to measure and give us a firm quote. We talked through my ideas and he gave us practical advice. We now had our perfect door on order. Yesterday our door was fitted. Arron and David did a superb job of fitting the door. They were thorough and made sure it was fitted to the highest standard, with minimum disruption. When they had finished fitting the door I was thrilled. I can honestly say that the door has added a new dimension to our house. It looks beautiful and has most definitely enhanced the appearance of our house. Thank you all so much.

Easy to order. Installation time was quick. The two gentleman that installed it were professional and have done a good job making things look tidy afterwards on, what looked to me, to be an awkward setup. Very pleased with it. Hoping for a warmer, draft-free winter this year. Update: had a small issue with a conservatory door (internal). Swad windows had someone out, looked at it and fixed it in less than 4hrs of me emailing them. Fantastic service.

We had a conservatory installation several years ago. We’ve had several leaks (a new product on the market which didn’t deliver and changing weather) Swadlincote Windows have put in every effort to sort out the leaks and the latest guy, Chris was excellent. Swadlincote Windows have just finished putting a glass roof on our 20-year-old conservatory to replace the original polycarbonate one. It's made a tremendous difference and our conservatory looks like new. Chris and Matt did a great job and were friendly and efficient.
