The only thing that let you down was it was next day delivery but you didn't let me know you couldn't deliver. Otherwise I can't fault the service or the item I purchased. I have bought from you before and couldn't fault the service.

I have ordered items from you previously and been very happy. However, on this occasion, one of the t-shirts I ordered arrived with the bag opened and smelling heavily of cigarette smoke which was very unpleasant.
