Netherlands | 24 December 2020Product besteld bij vliegeruit wat na eenmaal gebruik uit elkaar viel. Ik heb hetzelfde product eerder gehad en weet dus dat het niet lag aan hoe ik het gebruikte. Wel weigeren ze een product te sturen dat niet al half kapot is zodra het uit de verpakking komt maar legden ze nadruk op dat het een goedkoop product is, net als hun shop.

I never ran into any issues and have bought a lot of Wargame stuff from them over the last year, and in fact they helped me out when on of my sealed boxes was missing some parts, and they replaced the parts for me themselves! Amazing service! Keep up the great work.
